Fraud, Lost, or Stolen Devices: We do not provide support or refunds for devices reported as fraudulent, lost, or stolen.

Unsupported Devices: This service does not unlock iPhones. All iPhone orders are strictly non-refundable.

MetroPCS USA Devices: WARNING: This service does not support MetroPCS USA IMEI unlocks. If you submit a MetroPCS USA IMEI, you will receive a non-working code and will not be eligible for a refund. We only support T-Mobile devices. Do not waste our supplier's time and your money with unsupported IMEIs.
Mandatory Pre-Order Verification
You must verify the following steps in your phone's official "Device Unlock" app before placing an order:

Open the "Device Unlock" app on your phone.

Select "Permanent Unlock".

The correct message you must see is:
"Unlock Failed: This mobile device is not eligible for unlock."-
This specific message means our service supports your device.

If you see any other message—such as
"Connecting to server...","Communication Error", or"Server not responding. Please try again later."—DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER. -
No refund will be issued for "Server not responding," "Communication Error," or similar connectivity issues. If you encounter these, try resolving them via a phone hard reset or firmware update before ordering.

Post-Delivery Support Process
If you encounter issues unlocking your phone after receiving our code:

Request a Fix: Contact us by email for a single free fix attempt. Video proof is not required for this initial fix.

If Still Locked: If the phone remains locked after our fix, email us again. We will provide a unique reference code for you to include in a new video demonstration. This verifies the video was recorded after our fix attempt.
Refund Policy
We only issue refunds for the specific "Not Eligible for Unlock" server error, as verified in the pre-order check. Refunds are not provided for user error, connectivity issues, unsupported devices (including iPhones and MetroPCS USA), or refusal to provide requested video proof.
